LongHorn CStrike Watch

Counter-Strike 1.6 Operations Interface

About This Project

LongHorn CStrike Watch is built as a practical command layer for CS 1.6 communities. It combines live telemetry, ranking logic, and owner workflows so people can make decisions from real server behavior.

LongHorn CStrike Watch focuses on trustworthy live information instead of static listings.

  • Continuous status, map, and player updates.
  • Ranking based on actual activity and consistency.
  • Tools that support both players and server operators.

The stack combines polling, normalization, scoring, and operational surfaces.

  • Data ingestion via server query flows and MasterServer pathways.
  • Time-based storage: popularity, daily, and hourly statistics.
  • Operational interfaces: panel tools, monitoring, and server management actions.
Data Pipeline

Why ranking can differ from other monitors:

  • Composite model: players (25%), peak-hours (20%), uptime (25%), telemetry confidence (10%), occupancy (20%).
  • 7-day hourly analytics are included (peak-hour and prime-time behavior), not just current online count.
  • Offline servers receive penalties; currently online servers receive a small bonus.
  • Confidence scoring uses sample depth + hourly coverage + data freshness to reduce unstable or fake spikes.
  • Admin manual adjustment points are supported for moderation and quality control.
